Arbitration
Arbitration contact requests: If you are requesting information about an arbitration, please email me and copy all parties involved. If another party is represented, copy that party's attorney instead of the party directly. The purpose of including everyone is to ensure each party is involved from the outset. I would also be glad to hold an audio or video conference if requested.
Mediation
Mediation contact requests: I am glad to discuss the mediation process, but I cannot discuss the case without everyone's consent. If you email or text, you may want to copy the other parties. If you would rather contact me privately, you may do that instead.
