Professional Experience

I am an attorney/CPA and Fellow with the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb) with extensive business, financial, and legal experience serving as an independent arbitrator and mediator on several local, national, and international ADR panels. I have authored over 75 reasoned awards and mediated hundreds of disputes with an estimated 75-80% success rate (full or partial settlements).

Prior to becoming a neutral, I managed a litigation and forensic accounting practice after having been a senior executive at two Fortune 500 companies.
