Arbitration contact requests:

If you are requesting information about an arbitration, please send an email with a copy to all parties involved.  If a another party is represented, copy that party’s attorney in lieu of the party directly.  The purpose for including everyone is to ensure each party is involved from the outset of the case.  I would also be glad to hold an audio or video conference if requested.  

Mediation contact requests:

I am glad to discuss the mediation process but would not be able to discuss the case without everyone’s consent.  If you email or text you may want to copy the other parties.  If you would rather contact me privately you may do that instead.
