Fees

Hourly Rate:
Fees are billed at a contracted hourly rate for study time, conferences and hearings.  These items are explained in a contract for privately retained cases or are detailed on panel biography listings.

Costs:
Reasonable and customary out-of-pocket costs.

Cancellation Fee: 
Cancellation fees apply but may be waived in certain circumstances.

Payment Options:
Cash, check and most major credit cards accepted.  Please confirm ahead.

Mediation: Fees due in full at conclusion of session.

Arbitration: Fees due in full prior to release of Award.

A contract will be provided for your review and approval.
